Introduction:
- This System Manager position is the assistant of emoticonSMS service, mainly system maintenance and development in china.
- Will cooperating with people from service part, marketing part, other departments and 3rd party in Korea to:
- -System management
- -System development
- -Position reports to Service Manage
- -Project management
Job Responsibilities (specific duties):
- System performance management
- System requirement management
- System development
- 3rd party management (3rd party company has a role for 3 tier maintenance)
- Cooperate with service manager and content manager to develop and maintain the emoticon system.
Required Experience and Skills
- Deep and broad knowledge of telecommunication infra system and programming language, esp. Java, PHP and C.
- Deep and broad knowledge of telecommunication business esp, VAS(Value added servie) area.
- At least 5 years experience in mobile system development, experience of more than one kind of work is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, able to cope with very difficult communication problems and able to solve problem in really complicated situations creatively.
- Strong attention to detail

- This Assistant Content Manager position is the assistant of emoticonSMS service, mainly service operation, content management and development in china.
- Will cooperating with people from tech part, service part, marketing part and other departments in Korea to:
- -Design & produce emoticon content
- -Service operation
- -Help Service manager making and implementing a whole marketing and operating plan to reach the predefined operating target.
- -Position reports to Service Manager.
Job Objectives:
- Cooperate with other departments under Service Manager.
- Design and produce the emoticon content.
- Manage the emoticon content
- Operate service
- Design and implement the product operating and marketing plan and fulfill pre-defined operation target.
Job Responsibilities (specific duties):
- Design and make the emoticon content.
- Manage the emoticon content,
- -Content uploading/registration
- -Inspection of content from CPs
- -Record keyword and realword
- -Tunes up the content mapping logic (need to approval of service manager)
Preferred:
- Practical experience with object oriented frameworks like Spring is a big plus.
- Experience with ecommerce systems and primarily payment transactions and providers is a big plus.
- Practical experience with ORM layers like Hibernate is a plus.

- Good understanding of market, quick user demands analyzing ability and critical budget controlling sense is highly required.
- Super sense of customer service: always keep in mind to design product for customer according to the marketing analyzing results.
- At least 2 years experience in mobile VAS service operating, experience of more than one kind of work is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, able to cope with very difficult communication problems and able to solve problem in really complicated situations creatively.
