BD Manager


Introduction:

  • Develop and Lead of strategies which shape future business delivery and provide the best possible promotional channels and content to RP

Job Objectives

Develop and lead the team to implement annual business plans which bring Download volume, content, future business model to RP)

Job Responsibilities (specific duties)

  • Develop and manage overall annual business key plans identifying key activities, priorities and risks;
  • Lead to build up strategy to have partnership with potential strategic partners;
  • Lead to build up promotional channels for RealPlayer and Real Media;
  • Hands on the implementation plan;
  • Lead the team to meet the target;

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 4 + years Project management experiences
  • 4+ years BD experience in online media company
  • Abundant resources of promotional channels and CP
  • Relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strategy development and implementation skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Research and report writing skills
  • Problems solving and decision making
  • English preferred


Education:

  • Bachelor degree or above;
